Visualise the language your tribe uses.

CloudMaker produces visual representations [word clouds]  based on the frequency, making it easier to understand:

  • Words with high frequencies are represented as big words.
  • Words with low frequencies are represented as small words.

CloudMaker makes seeing responses to open questions easier

You can use CloudMaker for of participants’ answers to: open-ended questions or create your own mini survey. You can also capture words for webpages; Twitter bios, tweets and search.

Work out what stands out from the cloud!

  • Conversation starter in meetings or planning days
  • Quick temperature check of views
  • Check the consistency of the language used by your tribe when they are talking about you and what you put in your marketing
  • Identify customer segments

Mini Survey

The CloudMaker mini survey allows you to ask a question with 1, 2, or 3 spaces for short one or two word responses. When you close the survey the words are ready for you to create your word cloud. See how easy it is in the video below.

The benefit of being able to edit

People make typos, the same words are spelt differently (eg: organised or organized), sometimes responses are completely meaningless. Being able to edit, merge and delete words makes your word cloud more meaningful.

Stop words from being in your cloud without changing your list of words

The stop words feature gets you more for your CloudMaker credits because you can use your list of words in more ways.

Find lists like this boring to look at?

Want them to look like this?

The above cloud was created from us sending an email to a few in our tribe, asking: When you think of Tribe Research, what 3 words come to mind? We then put the words into a spreadsheet, saved it as a CSV file, and imported to our CloudMaker software, which produced the word cloud above. It is great for us to know that you think: Innovative, Informative, Practical… when thinking of Tribe Research.

Do you know what your cloud would look like, if you asked the same question?

Why not ask them, set up your FREE account and get started!

We will continue to ask our tribes various questions and post the results to our Case Studies.
