The schema is a review of your business and development of a strategy to systemise knowing all your tribe – this includes your clients, customers, staff, suppliers, contacts and anyone else with an interest in your business.

Many decision makers understand the importance of knowing their tribe, but miss the next step. Systemising this process to make it an ongoing part of your day to day business, just like your financial or sales strategies.

Setting up a Schema will give you confidence in every decision you make, and will enable you to develop informed,  more effective marketing and planning strategies.

Just 5 simple steps

Utilise our Change Driver, Kate Tribe’s experience in helping organisations get to know their tribe. To qualify, you must be a micro to small business starting your research journey:

• Have fewer than 5 full time equivalent staff, or
• Started business two or less years ago, and
• Be based in Sydney, or arrange for travel to where you’re located.

We will develop a customised Schema for you in five easy steps:

Step 1: Invest in your Schema

For $4950 we will explore your business and uncover a systemised process for you to drive change by getting to Know Your Tribe. We have broken this into stages, so there is a 25% deposit, 25% after the visit with your business, and 50% when we explain the strategy.

Step 2: Understanding your business

After we receive your purchase, our office will contact you within 2 business days to:

• Collect samples of your communication and any forms you already use
• Arrange for Kate Tribe to personally visit your business for a day and observe how it operates

Step 3: Develop the schema

We then develop a schema for you to engage with your knowledge of your tribe. The Schema you receive is like a business plan for understanding your tribe, with flow diagrams explaining how to implement the strategy and all the survey forms as documents that you need.

Step 4: Explain the schema

Once you have read through the schema, we meet with you to answer any questions you may have.

Step 5: Review the schema

After your schema has been in place for a few months, we meet with you again to discuss your progress so you yourself can manage your improvement.

Remember: to get started is only a 25% deposit.
