Comments and suggestions will be emailed to you 3 working days after complete submission.

Conditions:

• The survey needs to be provided to us, either as:
  • A website link to preview an online survey
  • A Word or Excel document where we can track changes
• The survey is your final draft with developed questions for review. If a survey plan is submitted then your purchase will be transferred to an Orientation. Although an Orientation has been designed specifically for SMEs, it is applicable for other organisations.
